1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://fantasytextile.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Description
We provide textile manufacturing and sourcing solutions including:
- Custom fabric production
- Bulk textile sourcing
- Quality control inspections
- Global logistics coordination
3. Order Processing
a. All orders require written confirmation via official purchase order
b. Minimum order quantity: 1,000 meters per design/color
c. Lead time: 15-45 days based on complexity
4. Pricing & Payment
a. Prices subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation
b. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
c. Accepted payment methods: T/T, L/C, PayPal (+3.5% fee)
5. Shipping & Risk Transfer
a. EXW (Ex Works) our factory in Keqiao
b. Title and risk pass to buyer upon loading at factory
c. Shipping delays beyond 14 days may incur storage fees
6. Quality Assurance
a. Standard quality tolerance: ≤3% defects per shipment
b. Claims must be filed within 14 days of receipt with photo evidence
c. Free replacement provided for confirmed quality issues
7. Intellectual Property
a. Client-submitted designs remain client property
b. We retain rights to production techniques and processes
c. Unauthorized replication of proprietary fabrics prohibited
8. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability limited to 110% of order value. Excluded liabilities:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Force majeure events
- Client design errors
9. Termination
Either party may terminate agreements with 30-day written notice. Ongoing orders must be fulfilled.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Chinese law. Disputes shall be resolved in Keqiao District People’s Court, Shaoxing.
